John Cottrell will teach you some foundational elements of yoga: Breath, Body Awareness, Alignment, and Poses. We will go step-by-step through a short yoga series called The Sun Salutation. If you are brand new to yoga (or just want to re-start a yoga practice) this is the class for you. Wear comfortable clothing. If you have a yoga mat and towel, bring them. If you don’t have these items, they will be provided. This is a FREE EVENT!
